Lundbergs sells property in Uppsala

An agreement has been signed with Skandia Fastigheter AB concerning the divestment of the Dragarbrunn 10:3 property in Uppsala. The buyer takes possession of the property on April 29, 2016. The property comprises 11,600 square meters of commercial floor space and 3,100 square meters of residential floor space, with associated garages and parking spaces.

The divestment will be implemented in the form of a company with an underlying property value of SEK 436 m., which exceeds the most recently disclosed property valuation, effective the end of 2015.
